Football Trivia Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER OR WIN THE CONTEST

I.SPONSORSHIP

BOWLGAMER.COM is the official sponsor (the "Sponsor") of the "Football Trivia Contest" and its assorted contest categories.

II.BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CONTEST PROMOTION

The "Trivia Contest" (the Contest) is a competition open to all eligible entrants. Entrants must register on the BOWLGAMER website and play the BowlGamer Football Trivia Game to accumulate at least 1000 points in order to be eligible. Two Grand Prize winners will be selected by random drawing.

III.ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for Grand Prize:

To be eligible for the Grand Prizes, entrants must be registered users of BowlGamer.com who have during the Contest Entry Period, accumulated a total of 1000 points in the BowlGamer Football Trivia Game. Each entrant must also: (1) be a resident of the world and physically located and residing in a jurisdiction that does not prohibit such contests or submissions; and (2) be 18 years of age or older (and may not be a minor in his/her state, province or nation of residence). Point totals must be for a single registered user account, i.e., an individual with more than one registered user account on BowlGamer.com may not combine point totals from multiple accounts to reach the 1000 points. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. No further action is necessary in order to be eligible to win the Grand Prizes. Entry in the Contest is subject to these Official Rules, including without limitation the General Conditions described below. The award of any prize for the Contest is subject to these Official Rules, including without limitation, the Grand Prize Winner Selection and Acceptance Procedures set forth below. This Contest is void where prohibited.

You are ineligible if you have, within the past twelve months, performed services for BOWLGAMER or any of its affiliate companies or the companies supplying any prize or services for the Contest. Likewise, you are ineligible if any immediate family or household members performs services for BOWLGAMER or any of its affiliate companies or the companies supplying any prize or services for the Contest. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence with you during at least three months a year.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

IV. CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD

The Contest Entry Period begins on January 8, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on December 12, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Contest Entry Period"). The Sponsor´s computer is the official time keeping device for online entry into the Contest. No entries into the Contest will be accepted before or after those dates unless the Sponsor elects in its sole discretion to modify the Contest Entry Period. Contest Period does not carry over. Contest Period restarts every year.

V. GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURES

The two winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by Sponsor, whose decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding. If a winner declines to accept a prize, or in the event that a randomly selected winner has also been selected as a winner of the Bowl Game Trivia Contest, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor may elect, at its own discretion, to select an alternate winner. By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated businesses, its advertising and promotion agencies and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use of the prize, and winner grants permission to Sponsor to use winner's name, age, city, state, photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval (where lawful).

Upon receipt of all required documentation in the form and substance satisfactory to Sponsor and verification that entrants meet the Contest eligibility requirements, the Sponsor may announce the Grand Prize winner on the BOWLGAMER website(s) on or after December 15, 2009. Winners will be notified via email within three (3) days of winner selection. In the event that any winner is unreachable by such e-mail address(es) as were provided in the winner´s registration with the BOWLGAMER website, has not responded within seven (7) days after being notified by e-mail or does not comply with these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries in Sponsor´s sole and unequivocal discretion. Sponsor in its sole and unequivocal discretion, expressly reserve the right to delay the announcement of the Grand Prize winners. To claim a prize, winners must provide a valid driver´s license or state identification card. All winners are provided to fill out a W-9 tax form.

On or after December 31, 2009, you may learn the identity of the Grand Prize winners and/or obtain a copy of these Official Rules by sending a written request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Sponsor at: BowlGamer.com c/o Pierce Law Group LLP, 9100 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 225 East Tower, Beverly Hills, California 90212. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

VI. THE GRAND PRIZE

Subject to the eligibility and forfeiture provisions set forth above, there will be two (2) Grand Prize winners. The Grand Prizes are subject to availability. The Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of the Contest. All incidental expenses and taxes not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the winner. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted except in the sole discretion of Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be provided. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose.

All Grand Prizes will be mailed within three (3) days of Sponsor´s announcement of the winners, with the prior written consent of each winner and therefore, each winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Sponsor is not responsible for the safe arrival of a Grand Prize.

VII. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor is not responsible for and are not liable for:
(1) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (2) any failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software; (3) any condition caused by events beyond the Sponsor´s control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated; (3) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (4) any ambiguity in these Official Rules; (5) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by you or any equipment or matter under the Sponsor´s control; (6) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (7) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure, misdirection or delay of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on the BOWLGAMER website(s), or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant´s or any other person´s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading or uploading any materials from the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in their sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the Contest or operate the BOWLGAMER website(s), or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest should they determine, that any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of the participants, shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and governed by California law without regard to any conflict of laws principles. The Contest is subject to all international, federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. The Sponsor, or any person or entity affiliated with them, do not make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Contest. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any claim, liability, injury, damage or other loss arising out of or related to your participation in the Contest, including without limitation any materials submitted, any failure on your part to fully comply with these Official Rules, and any acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, as applicable, which are final as to all Contest-related matters. In addition, by participating in the Contest and accepting any prize that you may win, you agree to release the Released Parties from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, whether for legal or equitable (including injunctive) relief, relating to participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize ("Claim"). If a Claim arises that cannot be waived or barred, you agree that your sole remedy is at law.
